Q: How do I access Ombi and other applications?
A: Click the Launch button on the main menu above and login with your Plex username and password. Ombi and other applications are on the left side.

Q: I can’t log into the Apps page, what is going wrong?
A: First, make sure you are actually logging in with your Plex username because it can be an email or just a username.  If you login to Plex with Google you need to make sure to set a password for your account, see this link.

Q: I logged into Apps but the Ombi login page still shows up once I’m in, what’s going on?
A: This means that Ombi doesn’t have you in the user database or your browser has an old cache.  First try clearing your cache and log into Apps again.  If the problem persists please contact support.

Q: Why are my requests not going through to download page?
A:
1.) check that you’re requests are being processed by Ombi by going to the requests page and looking through the list.  If your submitted request is not on this page then your user probably does not have permission to request media.  Contact us for help with this issue.
2.) If your requests are on the list but they are not showing up on the download status page this may be several issues.  Not all movies and TV shows are automatically found, and some return errors.  All requests are reviewed so your media may not always be on the download status page immediately, but it will eventually be added.  If it has been more than 48 hours since your request, feel free to contact us.
3.) If you have not made a donation to Austad Movies you will not have been granted automatic approval and your media requests will not automatically be processed. To get this feature please make a donation of any size from this page.
